Cancellation & Refund Terms

1. Since Streaming OTT provides instant access to digital streaming services, subscription purchases are generally non-cancellable once the subscription has been successfully activated.
2. Refund requests will only be considered in exceptional circumstances, such as duplicate payments, accidental multiple transactions, or technical issues that prevent activation of the subscribed service.
3. If you experience any payment-related issue or believe you have been incorrectly charged, please contact our Customer Support team with the relevant transaction details for verification.
4. Refunds will not be provided for partial subscription periods, unused viewing time, or if the service has already been accessed after successful activation.
5. If a transaction fails but the payment amount has been deducted by your bank or payment provider, the amount is generally reversed automatically according to your bank's processing timelines. If the amount is not reversed within the applicable timeframe, please contact our support team.
6. Any approved refund will be processed through the original payment method used during the purchase. Processing time may vary depending on your bank, payment gateway, or financial institution.
7. Streaming OTT reserves the right to reject refund requests that do not satisfy the conditions specified in this policy or where misuse, abuse, or fraudulent activity is suspected.
